The well-renowed cricket commentator has lauded India’s ace pacer Jasprit Bumrah’s delivery against Bangladesh on October 19 at MCA in Pune. Notably, the former India opener heaps praise on the 29-year-old’s Yorker delivery to Bangladesh middle-order batsman Mahmudullah. In addition, Mahmudullah was looking into his solid form as he piled up 46 runs from 36 balls, scoring three boundaries and three sixes during the game against Team India.

“I will talk about Bumrah first. He bowled a Yorker to Mahmudullah – everyone including Mahmudullah knew a Yorker was coming, he was in the 40s and batting well, but the bat did not come down and the ball hit the stumps. When was the last time you saw such a thing?,” Aakash Chopra said on his YouTube Channel.

The cricket analyst feels Jasprit Bumrah will be the leading wicket taker of the ODI World Cup 2023 owing to his wonderful form. In addition, the Mumbai-born cricketer says that the right-arm pacer is currently best in form, and he is proving the same with his skillset in the game. The 46-year-old cricketer has been called Jasprit Bumrah, the sensational pacer.

“There is no doubt Jasprit Bumrah will be this tournament’s highest wicket-taker. He is the best in the world and he is showing why he is so good. He was absolutely sensational,” he added further.

Meanwhile, Team India will be next seen in action against table-toppers New Zealand on October 22 at Dharamshala.
