Star Pakistan batter, Mohammad Rizwan is always in the news a lot of times for his social work in order to help the people in any way he can. He was recently seen cleaning the floor of Masjid al-Haram in Makkah during the pilgrimage on Friday, June 23.

The video of the 31-year-old got viral on social media in no time and not only cricket fans but everyone across the globe applauded him by commenting on the video and giving blessings to him on social media. Earlier this year in Ramadan, Babar Azam, Iftikhar Ahmed, Faheem Ashraf, Haris Rauf, and other cricketers performed Umrah.

Pakistan to assemble in Karachi before leaving for Sri Lanka

The Pakistan wicketkeeper-batter was seen offering Maghrib prayer while parking his car on the side during his visit to the United States of America earlier this month to which the common people shared their mixed reactions. While some people appreciated him for knowing the importance of prayers, while, on the other hand, some people criticized the wicketkeeper calling him a “show off.”

Pakistan will play their next international series in July where they will lock horns against Sri Lanka for two-match Test series. The Green Brigade will be traveling to the island nation for the Test series. The Pakistan team last traveled to Sri Lanka in July 2022 for a Test series which ended at 1-1.

Pakistan chased down a mammoth total of 342 runs to register their best victory in the history of cricket. However, Sri Lanka won the second test by 246 runs and equaled the series 1-1. Before traveling to Sri Lanka, Pakistan will assemble in Karachi on July 3 for a camp.
