India is in massive trouble on the first day against Australia

For the first time in the series, the home team won the toss and elected to bat first. However, after the spell of Mitchell Starc and Cameron Green ended, it was the start of a batting collapse for India. Since the spin trio of Matthew Kunhemann, Nathan Lyon, and Todd Murphy started bowling, India started losing wickets and continues to do so.

At the time of writing, the Rohit Sharma-led side has lost nine wickets for 108 runs. Kunhemann has completed his maiden five-wicket haul in the second Test. He made his debut in the Delhi Test played last month. Meanwhile, it will important for the Indian bowlers to fight back for the team as the wicket is helping the spinners and has been challenging for the batters so far.
