Pakistan skipper Babar Azam and wicketkeeper-batter Mohammad Rizwan are in the United States of America. The duo is currently studying at the prestigious Harvard University to complete their Harvard Business School’s executive education program on the Business of Entertainment, Media, and Sports (BEMS).

Amid the ongoing studies, Babar and Rizwan are constantly working on networking with other superstars. However, in a recent social media post, Babar hinted that he and Rizwan should join another sport. He captioned the picture of him posing with fellow Harvardians and an instructor at the elite institution while stating this.

He captioned the picture, “When champions like @francis_ngannou, @USMAN84kg, and @jaboowins vouching to play cricket, maybe it is time for @iMRizwanPak and me to join another sport. Thoughts?” Notably, Francis Ngannou is an MMA Heavyweight champion, Jameis Winston is an American footballer and Kamaru Usman is a martial artist.

It’s a huge honour: Mohammed Rizwan

Babar Azam and Mohammed Rizwan were the first two cricketers to enrol at the famous school. They took part in the program from May 31 to June 3. Following the course, the duo is engaging with local communities in the United States until June 13. Speaking about the same he said that it is a very big opportunity to represent Pakistan in a prestigious institute.

He said, “It is a huge honour to represent Pakistan on such a prestigious global stage. We are going to the BEMS program at Harvard to learn from the best of the best in the world — both in terms of faculty and program fellows — and at the same time to share our journey and learnings with everyone. I am certain that this will be an exciting journey, and I look forward to sharing our learning and experiences with the next superstars of the cricket world.”
