‘David Warner ab ek adhar card banwa hi lo’ – Fans react as David Warner slams 2nd straight century in ODI World Cup 2023, entertains Delhi crowd with his dance style

Australia’s star cricketer David Warner hammered a magnificent century during their fifth game of the ODI World Cup 2023 clash against the Netherlands on October 25 at Arun Jaitley Cricket Stadium in Delhi. Notably, Warner did a Pushpa-style celebration for his hundred in the stadium. The clip of doing this act has gone viral with some memorable comments.

Watch out here:

Speaking about the game here, it was Australia skipper Pat Cummins who won the toss and invited the Netherlands to field first. Notably, after being elected to bat first, star batsman Mitchell Marsh was dismissed for just nine runs. However, left-handed David Warner took the onus and played a scintillating knock of 104 runs from 93 balls, featuring 11 boundaries and three sixes, with a solid strike rate of 112 that gave them a huge start.

In addition, great batsman Steve Smith, who wasn’t able to create an impact in their first four matches, took an opportunity against the Netherlands and got 71 runs from 68 balls, featuring nine fours and a six. However, star middle-order batsman Marnus Labuschagne also played a wonderful knock of 62 runs from 47 balls that boosted their middle order as well as lower order during the play.

Five-time world champions Australia have bounced back into the ODI World Cup 2023

Meanwhile, the five-time world champions have bounced back into the ODI World Cup 2023 despite losing their first two games at the marquee event. Notably, Rohit Sharma and Co. had defeated them in their opening game, while the Proteas also thrashed them in their second clash. However, Pat Cummins and Co. beat Sri Lanka in their third clash before upsetting the Babar Azam-led Pakistani side in their fourth clash. The Aussies will be looking to get their third straight win to get into the fourth spot in the points table.

“We will have a bat. Looks like a lovely wicket. The sun is out. Happy with the way we have played the last couple of games. The bridge is still too far for Head. Still would need a few more days. Stoinis has a niggly calf. Cam Green comes in. Looks a good day to score runs,” Pat Cummins said at the toss.
