FNCS 2024 Major 1 concludes with 7 players in Global Championship

The first major for Fortnite Champion Series (FNCS) concludes across all six regions. Seven teams have now qualified for the Global Championship.

Among the qualifying teams, many players won their first-ever Fortnite major, while few others made history with back-to-back wins. Malibuca won his first FNCS Major alongside Merstach beating the second-spot team by one point in the EU region.

Thankfully, the EU had two sports for the Global Championship qualifier that helped Queasy & Th0masHD secure their spot. Teams in second place in other regions were not so lucky.

Both Malibuca and Merstach also secured $170,000 while Queasy & Th0masHD took home $120,000.

Kalgamer and 7man playing from the Middle East have won their regional Major FNCS for the third consecutive time. Previously, they duo secured FNCS 2 and 3. This will also be their second appearance at the Global Championship.
