‘Just like a wow’ – Fans react to Mohammed Shami’s Instagram story calling out former Pakistan cricketer for his cheating allegations on Indian bowlers

Indian fast bowler Mohammed Shami has hit out at the Pakistani media after their recent baseless comments. Former Pakistani player Hasan Raza had made baseless allegations against the Indian bowling attack during the ODI World Cup 2023 tournament.

Hasan Raza had said during the tournament that the Apex Cricket Body was aiding the Indian team. He also went on to say that the Apex Body was giving India different match balls during the interval to aid the swing and seam.

Mohammed Shami has been in terrific form during the ODI World Cup 2023 tournament. The 33-year-old has claimed 16 wickets from four games with two fifers against New Zealand and Sri Lanka.

Mohammed Shami hits back at critics –

33-year-old Indian pacer Mohammed Shami has hit back at Hasan Raza via his Instagram page. The Indian quickly wrote “Sharam karo yaar. Game par focus karo na ki faltu bakwas par kabhi to doosre ki success ko enjoy kia karo chiii yaar ODI World Cup hai aapke local tournament nahi hai aur aap player hi the na?

The Indian bowler also went on to say “Wasim Bhai ne samjaya hai explain kia tha fir bhi. Hahaha apne player apne Wasim Akram par yakeen nahi aapko. Apna tarif karne main lage hai janab just like a wow”

Hasan Raza made rather dubious comments while speaking on a Pakistani TV Show after the India versus Sri Lanka game. The Indian team had scored 357 runs and bowled out Sri Lanka for 55 runs to win by a 302-run margin. Mohammed Shami took a career-best 5 for 18 during the game.

Former Pakistani pacer and skipper Wasim Akram ridiculed Hasan Raza for his comments. The former pacer said “I have been reading about it in the last couple of days. I want to have the same thing these guys are having. Sounds like fun. Because their mind is not there. If you want to get yourselves humiliated, don’t do the same to us in front of the entire world,”

Just days after making such ludicrous comments and being called out Hasan Raza did not stop there. The 41-year-old was then raising questions on the DRS after India’s 243-run win over South Africa in Kolkata last Sunday.

The former Pakistan player Hasan Raza said “The impact was in line, but the ball was headed towards the leg stump. Like everyone else, I am just sharing my opinion. I am saying that such things should be checked. DRS is being manipulated and that is clearly visible”
