Neymar shines on debut for Al-Hilal who beat Al-Riyadh 6-1 in Saudi Pro League 2023

Neymar had an impressive debut for Al-Hilal in the Saudi Pro League 2023. There were doubts regarding the debut of Neymar in the league before the match. But after the match, all the talks were regarding the clinical performance of Al-Hilal over Al-Riyadh in a dominating game. The Brazilian striker arrived at the Saudi Pro League on a fantastic note.  

Neymar went past the legendary Pele to become the highest goal-scorer for Brazil in internationals. The debut of the Brazilian Footballer had all the fans waiting. As it came, they registered a dominating win over Al-Riyadh. The 18-time champions seemed to be in no trouble against Al-Riyadh. Al-Hilal scored 6 goals against Al-Riyadh and entertained the crowd. 

There were five different scorers for Al-Hilal in the match. In the 30th minute of the match, Aleksander Mitrovic scored the first goal of the match and gave a 1-0 lead to his team. Towards the end of the first half, the lead was extended by Neymar’s team. Yasir Al Shahrani scored the second goal of the match for Al-Hilal and extended the lead to 2-0 before going into the halftime.

In the second half, there were a lot of goals.  In the 68th minute of the match, Nasser Al-Dawsari scored the third goal of the game and gave a huge lead to Al-Hilal. In the 83rd minute of the match, Malcom scored for Al-Hilal and sealed the game for Al-Hilal. If it was not enough, there was a lot left to be endured by Al-Riyadh. The goal-scoring continued for Al-Hilal even towards the end. 

Salem Al Dawsari joined the party in the 87th minute of the game. Just three minutes after the fourth goal, Al-Hilal scored the fifth goal of the match. In the extra time, Al Dawsari scored the sixth goal of the match for Al-Hilal. As a consolation, Al-Riyadh got an opportunity to score a goal, as Ali Ahmad Tahir Al Zaqan scored for them. In the 64th minute of the match, Neymar made his debut in the league.
