The 10th season of the Pro Kabaddi League is currently in progress with one-third of the season being concluded so far. The tournament came into being in 2014 with Jaipur Pink Panthers winning the title. For the first time in 2016, two seasons were played in one year. Over the years, a lot of teams have become champions with Patna Pirates being the most successful side.

1. Pardeep Narwal
The former Patna Pirates player and now a UP Yoddha player is known for his Dupki “Dip”. He is also the first player to touch the 1000-point mark. Apart from his PKL career, he won a gold medal with the Indian national team at the 2019 South Asian Games. Narwal also won three consecutive PKL titles with the Patna Pirates. He also has the record of scoring eight points in a single raid.
2. Anup Kumar
Known for being one of the calm players, he is one of those players who saw the start of PKL and saw the rise of the game in India. He started his journey with 2015 winners, U Mumba before joining Jaipur Pink Panthers. He coached the Puneri Paltan last year. His notable achievement was captaining the Indian national team to gold medals at the 2010 & 2014 Asian Games.
3. Ajay Thakur
Talking about his PKL career, he has played for Puneri Paltan, Bengaluru Bulls, Tamil Thalaivas, and Dabang Delhi K.C. Thakur has taken over 800 points & has taken part in over 110 matches. Outside the PKL, he led the Indian national team to a gold medal at the 2017 Asian Kabaddi Championships.
4. Manjeet Chillar
Before playing Kabaddi, he used to play Wrestling but shifted his focus due to a nose injury. He has played for teams such as Jaipur Pink Panthers, Bengaluru Bulls, Puneri Paltan, etc.
5. Naveen Kumar
The Dabang Delhi captain is the first player to play the cash-rich league who was born in the 21st century. He led the team to their maiden PKL title win in 2021-22 and is one of the top raiders in the game
