Rabiot reacts to heated moment with Gagliardini by posting Instagram story
There was a heated moment between Roberto Gagliardini and Adrien Rabiot in the match between Juventus and Monza. In the concluding moments of the game, the tension between the two players erupted. It took the attention away from Juventus’ victory against Monza. There was an intense battle between both the teams throughout the match. But there was enough tension as well in the battle.
The Bianconeri claimed the lead at the start of the match. At Stadio Brianteo, the goal from the French athlete helped them to claim a 1-0 lead in the match. For the most part of the match, they held the lead and seemed to run away with the game without conceding a goal. What followed it was an incredible moment of display from Valentin Carboni that brought the life in the game.
In the 91st minute of the game, the equaliser ensured thrill in the match. Following the goal, Gagliardini had a provocative celebration at Rabiot. The latter did not respond during the match. In an insane turn of events, Rabiot assisted Federico Gatti to claim the second goal of the match to Juventus, which turned out to be the difference between the two sides. Juventus claimed all the three points from the match.
‘Everything is possible until the referee blows the whistle’ – Rabiot
After the match, Rabiot decided to give back to Gagliardini. The French midfielder posted an image of the incident on Instagram story and wrote “Learn to always stay humble. Because until the referee blows the whistle for the end of the match. Everything is still possible. Remember this.” It was probably the prefect reply from the Juventus player to Gagliardini.
With the win over Monza, Juventus now find themselves at the top of the table in the Serie A. If Nerazzurri defeat Napoli, they can go down to the second position in their group. But for now, they can enjoy being in the first spot. On the 3rd of December, Napoli will take on Nerazzurri, which would decide the fate of the table. Juventus would be hoping of Napoli’s win.
