Reports: Celebrity couple Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli expecting their second child

One of the most desirable celebrity couples, Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli, seems to be the occasion for heartfelt celebrations in the months to come. According to a recent source, the couple is possibly expecting the birth of their second child, with actress Anushka Sharma currently in the second trimester.

According to the Hindustan Times, the well-renowned Bollywood actress is pregnant with former India cricketer for the second time. Notably, they welcomed their first child, Vamika, on January 15, 2021. In addition, the sources also reveal that the couple will announce the news at the latter stage.

“Anushka is expecting her second baby. Like the last time, they will formally share the news with the world at a later stage,” Hindustan Times quoted a source as saying.

One of the highest-paid Bollywood actresses, Anushka Sharma, was seen during IPL 2023. Notably, she was apparently visible during the World Test Championship Final in London. Following that, the great actress wasn’t visible in any of the matches. Addressing the actress’ lack of public appearances, the source claimed, “This isn’t a coincidence. She is staying away from the public eye to avoid speculation.”

The report mentioned another source as saying that the couple was recently spotted by the paparazzi outside a maternity clinic in Mumbai but requested that their photographs not be taken. “They requested the paparazzi to not publish their pictures, with a promise to make an announcement soon,” the source was quoted as saying.

Notably, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma tied the knot in 2017 after dating for several years. The star couple gave birth to their daughter in 2021. Meanwhile, Anushka Sharma will be next seen in Chakda Xpress, featuring former India star cricketer Jhulan Goswami, whereas India’s stalwart Virat Kohli will be one of the most imperative and prominent players for the ODI World Cup 2023.
