WATCH: Sreesanth’s take on argument with Gautam Gambhir during LLC Eliminator clash

Former India great cricketers Sreesanth and Gautam Gambhir were involved in the fight during the LLC edition 2 eliminator clash on December 6. However, Gautam Gambhir led the India Capitals to emerge victorious and be able to place themselves in Qualifier 2. On the other hand, the Gujarat Giants were knocked out of the tournament after suffering defeat in the elimination game.

However, after the fight, Sreesanth took to social media and launched a scathing attack on Gautam Gambhir while calling him Mr. Fighter. The great seamer affirms that the left-handed batter does not respect any seniors, including legendary cricketer Virender Sehwag. In addition, the cricketer-tuned commentator reveals that Gautam Gambhir has been accused of abusing him during the game without any instigation.

“Just wanted to clear the air with what happened with Mr fighter. One who always fights with all his colleagues. For no reason whatsoever. He does not even respect his own senior players, including Viru Bhai. That’s exactly what happened today. Without any provocation, he just kept on calling me something which was very rude which shouldn’t have been said by Mr Gautam Gambhir,” Sreesanth said in a video uploaded on his Instagram page added.

The right-arm fast bowler clapped, saying that he was not at fault at all after the fight. Moreover, the 40-year-old cricketer further revealed that Gautam Gambhir should not say unacceptable things. The Kerala-born cricketer further promised to reveal the talks with Gautam Gambhir in front of the media.

“I am not at all at fault here. I just wanted to clear the air straight away. What Mr Gauti has done, sooner or later all of you will get to know. The words which he used and the things he said on a cricket field, live, is not acceptable. My family, my state, everybody has gone through so much. I fought that battle with all your support. I will surely let you know what he said,” he added further.
