The 23-year-old cricketer feels the best is yet to come for him, calling this just a start while indirectly taking a dig at Rohit Sharma’s side ahead of the India-Pakistan clash. “Every match against India is special and people watch this a lot. I can’t say this has been my best spell so far. This is just the start and there will be many more, so the best is yet to come. If you play all the three formats at such a young age for Pakistan and handle the new ball, people expect you to perform like that.”

The star cricketer also talked about his bowling combinations with Haris Rauf and Naseem Shah. Notably, the young cricketer reveals that the trio of them knows the roles with the new ball as well as the old ball. “We know our roles with the new and old ball. Haris is quicker than us and impacts with his pace. Naseem and I try to get early breakthroughs. The communication is good between us,” he added further.
