Many T20 players worldwide have participated in the Indian T20 League and branded the prestigious event as their own. In just their first season, these players lit the cash-rich league stadium on fire. Ben Stokes, for example, made his T20 carnival debut in 2017 and stunned everyone in awe with his magnificence.

There are certain Indian T20 League debutants, who have the ability to excel as fans get ready for the 16th iteration of the lucrative competition. Many eyes will be focused on these cricketers in the upcoming T20 spectacular season since they have often demonstrated their strength on the cricket pitch.

5 Mukesh Kumar – Delhi

Mukesh’s outstanding achievements dominated the Ranji Trophy during the 2021–22 season. In five games, he took 20 wickets for an economy of 24.75. In the Vijay Hazare Trophy 2022, the Bengal pacer also displayed his talent, taking nine victims in six games with an economy rate of 4.9.

4 Joshua Little – The Gujarat Franchise

The year 2022 belonged to Joshua Little. At the beginning of the innings, he made the ball talk and gave his side early breakthroughs. At the very end, the left-arm pacer was flawless as well, confusing the batters with his variations. Last year, he played in 26 T20Is and recorded 39 wickets at an economy of 7.58.

At the 20-20 World Cup in 2022, very little was truly phenomenal. He contributed significantly to Ireland’s historic victory over eventual T20 World Champions England by taking two important wickets. The native of Sialkot has played in 160 T20I matches, scoring 3123 runs and picking 83 wickets at an average of 7.31.

At the T20 World Cup 2022, Raza’s outstanding performance utterly dominated the field. He stopped top-tier bowling attacks by batting 219 runs, with a strike rate of 147.97 in eight games. The risk-taking bowler also tricked the batters with his variations, taking 10 wickets at a 6.50 economy rate.

2 Harry Brook – The Hyderabad Franchise

Harry Brook is renowned for his gutsy brand of cricket and has amused himself by dismantling bowling lineups with his daring stroke play. The 23-year-old has played in 99 T20 games, scoring 2432 runs at an exceptional strike rate of 148.38.

Brook has also demonstrated his batting prowess on a global scale. In 20 T20Is, he has scored 372 runs, with a strike rate of 137.77. In the Test series against Pakistan, the England batsman was outstanding, scoring 468 runs in three games at a fantastic average of 93.60.

1 Cameron Green – The Mumbai Franchise

The international stage has been lit by Cameron Green‘s all-around performances. His happy hunting ground has been Test cricket, where he has amassed 23 wickets at an average of 29.78 and scored 806 runs in 18 games at an average of 35.04. The 23-year-old has played eight T20Is, scoring 139 runs at an incredible strike rate of 173.75 while claiming five wickets.

Green has demonstrated his ability to hit in both the middle and top orders, adding variety to the batting order. On the bowling front, the right-arm bowler has given Australia frequent breakthroughs and plagued batters with the bounce he produces from the surface.
