WATCH: John Cena’s funny interaction with Melo and Trick in backstage in NXT
The fans were in bits after the backstage conversation between John Cena, Melo and Trick in NXT on the 10th of October. The 16-time world champion acknowledged the social media meme of ‘You can’t see me’ in a unique way during his conversation with Melo and Trick backstage in NXT on Tuesday night. It left the fans in laughter, who just could not help but appreciate the talking skills of Cena.
Cena returned to NXT after a long time and was in backstage conversation with Melo and Trick. The two WWE superstars were having a conversation with each other regarding their previous match in NXT. That was when the former world champion bumped in and got involved with the conversation between Melo and Trick.
It went something like this. “I apologize for what happened last week with Judgement Day. Mate you told me you are goose,” said Melo. His partner was quick to console him. “Hey look bro. Now it’s not the time. And we can talk about this later. We got to find John Cena right now,” replied Trick to Melo and asked to focus on the present.

That was when John Cena interrupted the conversation of the two. “Hey, you can see me?” questioned Cena to Trick. A visibly confused Melo was seen on the screen. Trick seemed to accept that he could see Cena. “I am kidding,” added Cena as he let the two have some laughter. It was a moment of brilliance, as the three wrestlers executed the social media meme of ‘You can’t see me’ well.
It was the first appearance of Cena on NXT in a long time. Along with Cena, many big names of WWE from the past and present were in the arena. The Undertaker made a special return to the show. Paul Heyman, Cody Rhodes, and Solo Sikoa appeared in NXT and entertained the crowd. Cena did well to stop Sikoa from attacking him, which was one of the highlights of the event.
