Watch: Kane Williamson in disbelief as Mohammad Nawaz cleans him up with a ripper during second ODI

After taking a 1-0 lead in the three-match ODI series against New Zealand, Pakistan once again locked horns against the Kiwis in the second ODI on Wednesday at National Stadium, Karachi. New Zealand captain Kane Williamson won the toss and elected to bat first. New Zealand were bundled out for 261 in the first innings. During the innings, Kane Williamson’s dismissal against Mohammad Nawaz became one of the talking points of the match.

The incident took place on the fifth ball of the 34th over as left-arm spinner Nawaz bowled a full delivery from around the wicket. Williamson, came on to the front foot to defend the ball which was coming in with the angle. However, the ball turned sharply and beat the outside edge of Williamson’s bat to hit the top of the off-stump. The kiwi captain was seen in disbelief after the dismissal.

Babar Azam was the lone warrior in Pakistan’s chase
