Watch: Kuldeep Yadav, Ravindra Jadeja dance to ‘Neend churayi meri’ on the occasion of Valentine’s Day

India’s left-arm spinner Kuldeep Yadav shared a video with the all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja on his social media where both the players seem to be grooving on the famous Bollywood song ‘Neend churayi meri’ while putting on the black sunglasses. Kuldeep uploaded the video with the caption “Valentine’s surprise for you all.”

Kuldeep was benched in the Nagpur Test against Australia, even after getting player of the match in his last Test vs Bangladesh in December 2022. The 28-year-old scalped 8 wickets ( including a fifer in the first inning and also added crucial 40 runs with the bat.

Kuldeep has also been in good touch in white-ball series against Sri Lanka and New Zealand in India picking up 5 wickets against Sri Lanka in a three-match ODI series followed by 6 wickets in three ODIs and 2 wickets in three T20Is against the Kiwis.

Jadeja marks his comeback with a match-winning performance in the first Test against Australia

The hosts India showed utter dominance against Australia in the Nagpur Test with both batting and bowling, powered by the all-round performance from Jadeja. The 34-year-old was making a comeback in international cricket after the Asia Cup 2022.

He played an anchor in India’s bowling in the first innings as they bowled out Australia for 177 runs. The left-arm leg-spinner scalped 5 wickets conceding 47 runs in 22 overs. Meanwhile, Ravichandran Ashwin took 3
Wickets.

India posted a total of 400 runs in their first innings as the skipper Rohit Sharma scored a magnificent century with 120 runs off 212. Jadeja also showed his class with the bat scoring 70 runs off 185 balls and also added 88 runs for the eighth wicket with Axar Patel who made his highest Test score of 84 runs from 174 balls.

Australia got bowled out for mere 91 runs in the second innings losing the game by an inning and 132 runs. Ashwin picked up 5 wickets for 37 runs, while Jadeja sent 2 Australian batters to the pavilion. Jadeja marked his comeback in international cricket with a Player of the match award. The second Test will be played from February 17 in Delhi
