Watch : RCB fans celebrate amazing win over LSG in the IPL 2023

Due to the opposition’s needless shot making and poor batting without skipper KL Rahul, who was forced to leave the field shortly into the game due to a hamstring/hip flexor injury, Royal Challengers Bangalore prospered from making a score. The batters for the Lucknow Super Giants kept hitting hard in an attempt to take advantage of the powerplay, but they kept getting out.

The home side was down to 38/5 when Marcus Stoinis as well as K Gowtham taped the leak. However, it was obvious what would happen once Stoinis was let go by Karn Sharma. They needed a suitable batting partner who could add some boundaries later in the innings after Amit Mishra batted 30 balls and put them at least in the game. The team’s captain, Rahul, entered the game to bat but failed to even manage a walk, allowing Royal Challengers Bangalore to earn their sixth triumph of the year.

Tempers flared in both camps following yesterday’s IPL 2023 encounter involving the Lucknow Super Giants and Royal Challengers Bangalore. Virat Kohli as well as LSG coach Gautam Gambhir got into a heated disagreement after Afghanistan pacer Naveen-ul-Haq made a remark to the former RCB captain as he entered the game to play alongside Amit Mishra. At that time, Mishra and the umpire intervened to put a stop to the situation prior to it escalating out of hand.

However, it did spiral out of control during the customary handshake between the two teams after the game. Naveen repeated something when they were shaking hands, and Kohli refused to hold back, shaking back before Glenn Maxwell moved the LSG bowler out of the way.
