The former India skipper Virat Kohli had a rare failure in the ODI format this year on Saturday against Pakistan. This did not stop the fan frenzy and craze for the 34-year-old batter. Cricket fans from Balochistan came up with a sand art and the video is now viral.
In a short clip posted on Twitter, two fans can be seen lying down beside the art showing Kohli’s face. The name “VIRAT” was written in capital letters followed by his last name. Two more fans joined as the drone shot showed the entire art. The entire Sand Art was done by a group called SAACHAN Sand Art from Gwadar.

Speaking about the game, former Indian opener Gautam Gambhir came out and slammed Virat Kohli. The former Indian opener wasn’t too pleased with the shot played by Virat Kohli against Shaheen Shah Afridi.
During a chat with Star Sports, Gambhir said, “That was a nothing shot, neither forward nor back. I think that was a bit casual. That is what you get when you play someone like Shaheen Shah Afridi. You do not know whether to go forward or back”
Former Pakistani skipper and coach turned commentator, Waqar Younis though came in defence of Kohli. The former right-arm pacer said “Kohli was a touch unlucky. Inside Edge, the ball did not come onto the bat and maybe kept a bit low. But credit to Shaheen Shah Afridi for altering his length.”
