WATCH: Virat Kohli makes funny faces, leaves Ishan Kishan, Shubman Gill in splits during 1st Test against West Indies in Dominica
India registered a dominant victory against West Indies by innings and 141 runs in the first Test at Windsor Park in Dominica. Yashasvi Jaiswal and Ravichandran Ashwin were the main anchors of India’s win. Jaiswal scored a mammoth ton in his debut Test match, while Ashwin scalped 12 wickets in the match with fifers in both innings.
During Day 3, some funny moments were shared between Virat Kohli, Ishan Kishan and Shubman Gill on the field. In a video, it can be seen that Kohli is making funny expressions in front of Kishan and Gill which made them laugh.

Ravichandran Ashwin prove to be too good for West Indies batters on Day 3
Talking about the match, Day 3 began with India on 312 for 2, India went on to declare their innings at 421 for the loss of 5 wickets with a mammoth lead of 271 runs in the first innings. Jaiswal was the top scorer of the match, as he got out after scoring 171 runs off 387 balls hitting 16 fours and a six. While Kohli missed out on his 76th International century as he got out after scoring 76 runs off 182 balls hitting five boundaries.
Both Kohli and Jaiswal put up a partnership of 110 runs for the third wicket. Veteran batter Ajinkya Rahane didn’t have a great outing as he was dismissed by Kemar Roach after scoring just 3 runs. While Ravindra Jadeja remained unbeaten 37 runs off 82 balls along with Ishan Kishan as India go past 400 runs. For Windies, Kemar Roach, Alzarri Joseph, Rahkeem Cornwell, Jomel Warrican and Alick Athanaze shared a wicket each.
Coming to bat in the second innings, West Indies had a disastrous start as they lost 4 wickets for just 32 runs. Off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin, who took a fifer in the first innings, also thrashed the Windies’ batting lineup in the second innings as he scalped 7 wickets by conceding 71 runs in 21.3 overs. Athanaze was the top scorer with 28 runs off 44 balls as West Indies were bowled out for 130 runs in their second innings with 271 runs still short of India’s total.
