ODI World Cup 2023 Final: Weather update from Ahmedabad ahead of India vs Australia clash

The stage has been set for the crucial match between the 2023 ODI World Cup hosts India and the five-time world champion Australia, which takes place on November 19 at the prestigious Narendra Modi Cricket Stadium. Notably, Team India qualified for the finals by crushing the Kiwis by 70 runs in the semi-final. However,  Australia stunned a formidable South African side by three wickets in the second semi-final clash.

Speaking about India’s campaign, the hosts haven’t lost yet in the tournament. Notably, Rohit Sharma and co. are unbeaten currently and have finished at the top of the league stage with nine out of the nine wins. However, Team India dominated Australia in their opening encounter. Following that, they defeated the remaining eight teams and were the first team to make it to the semifinals.

Australia, on the other hand, had a terrible start to the competition, losing their opening two games against South Africa and Team India. However, following that, their team won seven in a row and took third place in the league stage. After that, they outclassed South Africa in their semi-final game.

Notably, that clearly means that rain will not affect India’s match against Australia in the ODI World Cup final. Fans and players can expect the final showdown without much interruption.

It is predicted that the temperature will range from 19 to 33 degrees Celsius, with a humidity of 44 to 58 per cent. Moreover, there will be an 8 to 11 km/h breeze. However, the final game has a reserve day in case of any disruptions.
