WWE fans not satisfied with Logan Paul’s contract renewal, urge WWE to get rid of him
Popular YouTuber and now WWE wrestler Logan Paul is making a lot of headlines as his contract is renewed by WWE. He has gained massive popularity ever since he joined hands with WWE, he also never left a chance to promote his sports drink brand named ‘PRIME’.
However, the fans didn’t look happy when news of his contract renewal came out as they want WWE to get rid of Paul. They think the organisation is paying him more than he deserves. A fan, who didn’t look satisfied, tweeted:
“We were told that $15 million is no longer considered ‘Brock Lesnar money.’ In fact, there are plenty of other Superstars making that kind of money now if you include ‘royalties’ and other promotional opportunities in TV commercials, for example. We were also told that Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns are a step above everyone else.”
I’d love to have it on my résumé: Logan Paul on winning a WWE belt
However, inside claimed that these are fake rumors and mentioned that Paul doesn’t even come in the Top 5 highest paid WWE fighters list, “We saw a report floating around about Logan Paul‘s WWE paycheck, and we asked about it. We were told, ” don’t know what Logan Paul makes, but I bet he’s not even in top 5 in WWE right now. And I don’t think he’s anywhere near 15 million.”
Earlier, Paul talked about his contract and said that the reason behind this is that he wants to win the belt and he wouldn’t have signed this contract if he wasn’t capable of winning the belt. He even mentioned that he’d love to show the WWE belt to kids all around the world.
‘The idea with this multiyear contract was to get really creative around the story that we’re telling as my professional wrestling career unfolds. Being the hyper-ambitious person that I am, I’m going for a belt. I wouldn’t have signed this contract if I didn’t think that I was capable of getting a WWE belt. I think it’d be the coolest thing ever. I’d love to have it on my résumé, and I’d love to show every kid around the world who watches WWE that you can achieve anything.” Paul was quoted as saying by Metro.co.uk.
