In the pay-per-view premium, event Money In The Bank 2023, WWE superstar Roman Reigns has been thrashed by the Usos Brothers. In a surprising turn of events, Roman Reigns experienced his first defeat in three and a half years as Jey Uso pinned him. This led to Reigns and Solo Sikoa losing their tag team match against The Usos, who emerged victorious in the Bloodline Civil War.

Roman Reigns experienced his first defeat in a match since December 15, 2019, when his cousin Jey Uso pinned him in the Bloodline Civil War tag match at WWE Money in the Bank. This marked a span of 3.5 years, or 1,294 days, without being pinned. Throughout that time, Reigns participated in 55 matches that were televised. However, his activity in televised matches has significantly decreased over the past year, with only 16 TV matches since the beginning of 2022.

Meanwhile, World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins successfully defended his title against Finn Balor from The Judgement Day. The Men’s 2023 Money in the Bank Ladder Match featured the participation of seven wrestlers: Ricochet, Shinsuke Nakamura, Butch, LA Knight, Santos Escobar, Damian Priest, and Logan Paul. Ultimately, Damian Priest emerged as the winner of the ladder match, earning the title of Mr Money in the Bank.

Iyo Sky won the Women’s ladder match

In the women’s ladder match, Iyo Sky achieved victory by surpassing competitors such as Becky Lynch, Zelina Vega, Bayley, Trish Stratus, and Zoey Stark. Consequently, Iyo Sky secured the title of Miss Women’s Money in the Bank. Meanwhile, in the WWE Women’s Tag Team Title match, Raquel Rodriguez and Liv Morgan emerged victorious over Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler. Shayna’s betrayal of Ronda played a significant role in paving the path to victory for Rodriguez and Morgan.

On the other hand, in a one-on-one match, Cody Rhodes achieved victory over Dominik Mysterio. In another championship game, Intercontinental champion Gunther showcased absolute dominance by successfully defending his title against Matt Riddle.
