Xbox game pass getting latest batch of games including Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and Resident Evil 2

Microsoft has revealed new games joining and it contains some great titles to play. Game Pass is one of the best ways to play video games. Players can get subscriptions and play the games available without paying the full price.

Games on game pass regularly change, excluding the ones owned by Microsoft. This month, a new batch of games is being added. Some of them include old classics which are a must-play.

Here are all upcoming games to Xbox game pass –

Close to the Sun (January 3)

A mystery horror game released back in 2019, Close to the Sun, tells the story of a journalist seeking her sister. The game provides an even more sinister atmosphere than Bioshock. While not too long, the game provides a brief single-player experience.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla (January 9)

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla received some mixed reviews from gamers. While the game itself is fine, players complained that it is very tedious and deviates from the original Assassin’s Creed gameplay.

While the open world is massive and beautiful, it is easy to forget what you were doing. The game feels full of filler content. Players who love open-world games filled with chores will love this.

Resident Evil 2 (January 16)

The remake of the classic Resident Evil 2 game, is considered one of the best in the horror genre. Featuring everyone’s beloved Leon S. Kennedy and Claire Redfield fighting to survive a zombie infestation in Raccoon City.

Other games in the series are also equally popular with other iconic characters. RE2 is likely to be the main highlight of the game pass.

We Happy Few – A psychological horror game by Compulsion Games where everything is not as it seems.
Those Who Remain – A survival shooter where players need to defend themselves from waves of infection.

As usual, few games are leaving game pass. These include Grand Theft Auto 5, Person 4 Golden, Persona 3 Portable, Garden Story and MotoGP 22.
