A Chennai Super Kings (CSK) fan was spotted during the ongoing World Test Championship final between India and Australia at the Oval, England. As soon as the photo went viral on the internet, the fans started making various assumptions about the picture.

Talking about the match, Australia have put themselves in a commendable position to win the second edition of the ongoing World Test Championship Final against India at the Oval, England. Powered by the centuries of Travis Head and Steve Smith, Australia posted 469 runs in their first innings. In reply, their bowlers didn’t let the Indian batters score big and kept on taking wickets at regular intervals.

Australian pacers completely destroyed the Indian top order and laid the foundation for big first innings lead. First, Indian skipper Rohit Sharma was dismissed by Pat Cummins in the sixth over. After that, Shubman Gill failed to judge the good length delivery that led to the fall of his off stump. Cheteshwar Pujara and Virat Kohli also failed to score big and India was on the back foot on the second day of the Test match.

Rahane and Thakur lead India to a fighting total

After that, Ajinkya Rahane and Ravindra Jadeja took the innings further and added 71 runs for the fifth wicket. Jadeja got out after scoring 48 runs off 51 balls, hitting seven four and a maximum. After his dismissal, Rahane took charge of the innings and went on to put up a century partnership with Shardul Thakur. Both batters added 109 runs for the seventh wicket.

Playing his comeback match, Rahane got out after scoring 89 runs off 129 balls, hitting 11 fours and a six, and turned out to be the highest scorer for India in the first innings. Meanwhile, Thakur also prevented India to bowled out early as he got out after scoring 51 runs off 109 hitting six boundaries. Indian were bowled out for 296 runs in reply to Australia’s 469 runs in the first innings.

Coming to bat in the second innings, Australia has scored 123 runs so far for the loss of four wickets and is currently leading by 296 runs against India. Labuschagne is standing at the crease by scoring 41 runs off 118 balls, while Cameron Green is also unbeaten on 7 runs off 27 balls
