‘Bhai ab kya naya kaand ho gaya’ – Fans react to Virat Kohli’s new Instagram story about ‘getting disliked’
Indian batter Virat Kohli recently created headlines with his latest story on Instagram. His story came ahead of the Day 3 of the ongoing World Test Championship final between India and Australia at the Oval, England. India are currently 318 runs behind Australia’s total in the first innings.
“You must develop the ability to be disliked in order to free yourself from the prison of other peoples’ opinions,” Kohli wrote on his Insta story left the fans puzzled. The fans have been making different assumptions about his Insta story.
Notably, Kohli failed to score big in the ongoing WTC final against Australia as he got out after scoring just 14 runs off 31 balls. He was dismissed by Mitchell Starc trying to play the outside off delivery which found the edge of his bat followed by the perfect jump by Steve Smith at second slip to grab the ball.
Australia heading towards big lead in the first innings
Talking further about the match, India didn’t had a great start with the bat in the second innings in reply to Australia’s 469 runs in the first innings. After being asked to bat first, the Aussies have been put in a commendable performance, backed with the centuries by Travis Head and Steve Smith.
Head became the first batter to score a ton in the WTC final as he got out after scoring 163 runs off 174 balls. Smith scored his 31st Test Hundred as he got out after scoring 121 runs off 268 balls. Mohammed Siraj took 4 wickets for India, while Mohammed Shami and Shardul Thakur shared 2-2 wickets, and Ravindra Jadeja put 1 in his bag.
Coming to bat in the second innings, India got the first blow in the form of the skipper Rohit Sharma, who got out after scoring 15 runs off 26 balls at the score of 30 in six overs. A few deliveries later, Scott Boland destroyed Shubman Gill’s stumps while he was batting on 13 runs off 15 balls. Cheteshwar Pujara was also dismissed in the same manner as Gill by Cameron Green after scoring 14 off 25 in the 14th over.
A few overs later, Kohli also lost his wicket in the 19th over. After that, Ajinkya Rahane and Ravindra Jadeja took the innings further and added 71 runs for the fifth wicket. Jadeja got out after scoring 48 runs off 51 balls hitting seven four and a maximum. While Rahane is still at the crease while batting at 29 runs off 71 balls along with KS Bharat. India have scored 151 runs for the loss of 5 wickets at the end of day 2.
I sometimes feel, he should’ve born in Australia or England the amount of respect he would have got would have been unmatched, after doing so much for the country for more than a decade people still have the audacity to troll him for eating post getting out, yes you can judge him…

He already has two. Every player cannot win trophy as captain. Sometimes, you help team to win it as player.
