Legendary India cricketer Sachin Tendulkar has acknowledged the value of friendships and posted a great note on social media on Friendship Day, August 6. The former India cricketer uploaded a throwback image of himself with his Sahitya Sahwas neighbours, where he lived during the early years of his life.

Notably, Master Blaster Tendulkar says that he remembers his friends from Sahitya Sahwas, and those priceless memories bring an intact smile to his face. The legendary batter is fortunate to be in touch with them.

Meanwhile, earlier in the month of March, the legendary cricketer also penned a heartfelt note on Shane Warne’s first death anniversary. The former India opener called Australia’s legend bowler Shane Warne a great friend.

“We have had some memorable battles on the field & shared equally memorable moments off it. I miss you not only as a great cricketer but also as a great friend. I am sure you are making heaven a more charming place than it ever was with your sense of humour and charisma, Warnie!” Tendulkar had written on Twitter.
