‘Spark aarha Gill mai’ – Fans react as Sara Tendulkar spotted in stands during ODI World Cup 2023 India vs Bangladesh clash

Sara Tendulkar was spotted in the stands during India’s fourth ODI World Cup 2023 clash against Bangladesh on October 19 at MCA in Pune. Notably, the 26-year-old has made his presence in the ODI World Cup 2023 for the first time. She was last seen in the stadium during the IPL 2023, while she was spotted cheering for his little brother, Arjun Tendulkar.

However, Sara’s father, commonly known as Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar, has been appointed as the Global Ambassador of the ongoing ODI World Cup 2023. The 50-year-old legend was last spotted during the India vs. Pakistan clash on October 14 at the iconic Narendra Modi Cricket Stadium. In addition, the former India opener was also seen on the commentary panel during India’s clash against traditional rival Pakistan.

Sara Tendulkar recently celebrated her birthday and her father wished her heartwarming post on Instagram. “Happy Birthday to the one and only! Hamari Aankhon ka Tara, Sara,” read Sachin Tendulkar’s birthday post for daughter Sara Tendulkar on Instagram. India’s legendary cricketer posted a picture of Sara with him and his wife Anjali from a long time back when she was a baby.

Talking about the game here, it was the Bangladesh side that won the toss and invited the host to field first. Notably, after being elected to bat first, the Bangla Tigers had a wonderful start as their openers, Tanzid Hasan and Liton Das, played scintillating knocks of 51 and 66 runs, respectively. However, following his dismissal, no other batsmen were able to continue the solid momentum, which allowed them to post 256/8 in the given 50 overs.

However, Team India has been chasing the target posted by the Bangladesh side. India’s skipper Rohit Sharma was dismissed for 48 runs, which he made from just 40 balls featuring seven boundaries and two sixes with a solid strike rate of 120. Following his dismissal, Virat Kohli and Shubman Gill are working hard to chase down the mammoth total against Bangladesh.
