‘Yaar isse acha toh Dhinchak Pooja gaati hai’ – Fans can’t stop laughing as Sarfaraz Ahmed sings a Bollywood song on Shan Masood’s wedding

Since rejoining the national Test team, former Pakistan skipper Sarfaraz Ahmed has been on the rampage both on and off the field. On the Qawwali night, which was a part of his teammate Shan Masood’s wedding celebrations, Sarfaraz stole the show. Along with showcasing his singing abilities, Sarfaraz debuted a new appearance that quickly gained popularity online.

Sarfaraz was congratulating Masood on his wedding while singing the well-known Bollywood song “Mubarak Ho Tumko.” Because of Sarfaraz’s incredible singing and his fresh appearance, he went viral on social media immediately. On January 20, Masood and his fiancée Nische got engaged in the midst of a cricketer wedding season.

Haris Rauf wed last month, Indian cricketers KL Rahul and Axar Patel wed this week, and Shadab Khan wed the daughter of Pakistan head coach Saqlain Mushtaq on January 23. It has been the wedding season for cricket stars, lately.

I was very tensed in the first Test, but the boys and captain gave me confidence: Sarfaraz Ahmed

The 35-year-old has had a fantastic month. The experienced wicket-keeper batter, who hadn’t played for Pakistan in nearly four years, was the main factor in the hosts’ saving both Test matches against New Zealand.

Sarfaraz slammed his fourth Test century and followed it up with another half-century in the second innings as Pakistan saved the second game after getting a few fifties in the first match. Safaraz scored 335 runs in four innings, earning him the title of player of the series.

Considering his return, Sarfaraz wasn’t certain he would ever make a comeback, but he awaited the chance and was glad to have seized it and made it count.

“I was part of the team for four years and despite not getting chances here I was continuing to play well elsewhere. Wanted an opportunity from Allah and got it. I was very tensed in the first Test, but the boys and captain gave me confidence,” Sarfaraz had said.

Here’s how people mocked the former Pakistan skipper on social media:
