Indian Premier League 2023 is moving towards its business end. Defending champions Gujarat Titans have qualified for the playoffs, while other teams like Mumbai Indians, Lucknow Super Giants, and Chennai Super Kings are in contention. Meanwhile, CSK organized a fun event for the fans and media where players had a great time.

In a video released by the franchise, players can be seen having fun while playing dumb charades. In the video, England skipper Ben Stokes can be seen making fun of the ‘Champions’ song by DJ Bravo, the bowling coach of CSK. Further, Ajinkya Rahane failed to guess, and the event went on.

Notably, Ben Stokes is set to fly back to England to prepare for the upcoming prestigious Ashes series 2023. He has been sitting out of CSK’s playing XI due to a toe injury. He scored 15 runs in two matches at an average of 7.5. He has been terrible this season and failed to capitalize on the opportunity.

CSK is to face DC in the last league game.

To qualify for the playoffs, MS Dhoni’s Chennai Super Kings will face Delhi Capitals at Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi. CSK needs to beat DC in this game as the team needs to qualify for the playoffs. If CSK fails to do so, they will rely on other teams to move ahead in the league.

Notably, Kolkata Knight Riders beat CSK in their last home game by 6 wickets. Skipper Nitish Rana, along with Rinku Singh, added unbeaten 99 runs for the fourth wicket while chasing 145 runs. Earlier, CSK batter Shivam Dube scored 48 runs off 34 balls with the help of a boundary and three sixes. The team would expect him to continue his dominance in Delhi too as it will be a do-or-die game for them.
