‘Chance milna chahiye tha isko’ – Fans react as Sanju Samson shares cryptic post after getting snubbed from India’s squad for ODI series against Australia

Team India is all set to lock horns against Australia for the three matches of the ODI series commencing on September 22, which will mark the final and last preparation for the upcoming ODI World Cup. Notably, the squad has made a plethora of changes in the three ODIs. India’s young batters, Ruturaj Gaikwad and Prasidh Krishna, got the nod to make it to the squad despite their Asian Games tournament. In addition, star batter Sanju Samson yet again missed out despite India’s skipper Rohit Sharma and batting stalwart Virat Kohli resting for the first two ODIs.

Notably, the wicketkeeper batter came to the limelight when he guided his franchise, the Rajasthan Royals, in the finals of IPL 2022. In addition, the right-handed batter was last seen in the Asia Cup squad but didn’t get the nod in the ODI series against Australia or the ODI World Cup. Team India’s set to go with KL Rahul and Ishan Kishan as wicketkeeper batsmen in the upcoming bilateral series against the strong visiting side.
