Delhi Capitals skipper Rishabh Pant set to attend IPL 2024 auction

India’s star cricketer, Rishabh Pant, is gearing up for the IPL 2024 auction. Notably, the wicketkeeper batter has arrived in Dubai ahead of the IPL 2024 auctions, which is slated to take place in Dubai on December 19. The Delhi Capitals skipper has missed the last full edition after a horrifying acciden. However, Rishabh Pant has shared his emotions ahead of the IPL 2024 auctions.

The 26-year-old cricketer revealed that he is extremely thrilled to be a part of the IPL 2024 auctions, as he never had such an experience earlier in his life. In addition, the middle-order batter is looking forward to support the Delhi Capitals after missing the IPL in 2023.

“It is something new and exciting. I haven’t been a part of the auction process before. I am looking forward to it. Doing much better than what I was doing a few months ago. Still on recovery to 100 per cent, but in a few months time I will be able to do it. I wanted to support my team at the same time because I’ve been playing for them. I love my team all the way,” Rishabh Pant said in a video posted by Delhi Capitals.

Meanwhile, Rishabh Pant has also opened up about his injuries and fitness updates. Moreover, the stylish right-handed batter shared that people have gone crazy to see him on the cricket field after the injuries he sustained and also opened up about how people have shown their love for him after his horrific car accident. Furthermore, the Uttarakhand-born cricketer feels that the great gestures from the people helped him with his recovery.

“It has been really amazing because whenever we keep playing cricket we feel no one loves us because there is so much pressure. Yes, it was a hard time, but at least I got to know that people love and respect me and kind of kind of concern that they showed by heartwarming and crazy for me. It means a lot and helped a lot in recovery I felt like I couldn’t face people ,”he added further.
