Ellyse Perry cleans Bangalore dugout after 5th loss in Women’s T20 League 2023, pics go viral

There are some thrilling matches coming up in the Women’s T20 League as it approaches the knockout stage. The  Bangalore Women are having trouble finding a spot in the playoffs because they have dropped all five of their matches so far in the competition, in contrast to the Harmanpreet Kaur-led Mumbai Indians Women, who have already locked up their spot.

What gesture of Ellyse Perry won the hearts of the fans?

Ellyse Perry of Australia is the only player for the Bangalore-based club whose bat is doing the talking, since Mandhana has been unable to score runs with her bat. Yet in the most recent photos of Ellyse Perry that have gone popular on social media, the 32-year-old can be seen cleaning the dugout.

The Aussie batter is seen collecting bottles and trash from the area around her bench and throwing it in the front-positioned trash can. The Australian cricketer received a heap of appreciation online for this deed.

The result for Bangalore’s side will leave them a little disappointed. They performed admirably, yet they missed out on the match’s pivotal moments. Things might have turned out a little differently if they had scored a few more runs. It’s a good idea to have a backup plan in case the backup plan fails. The best bowler for Bangalore’s side, Asha Shobana, picked up two wickets, but overall, they performed poorly on the field.

Bangalore is experiencing a disappointing season. The Bengaluru-based team has currently competed in five games and has lost each one. With 0 points after 5 games, they are at the bottom of the standings. If Bangalore loses to UP in Match Number 13 at the Dr. DY Patil Sports Academy in Navi Mumbai on Wednesday, they would be eliminated from the Women’s T20 League.

Even if it seems impossible for RCB to place in the top three after a poor start, statistically speaking, they are still in the race. The top two slots are no longer within their reach, however if they can win their next three games and the other results go their way, they can still squeak into third place.

Gujarat must defeat UP, while Mumbai and Delhi must defeat UP in order for Bangalore to triumph. Yet, there is a very slim chance that all of this will happen given how the season has gone so far.
