India’s star cricketer Hardik Pandya has recently opened up about some unknown facts about him in one of his recent interviews. Notably, the star all-rounder has been making bold headlines in the cricketing world since he was named as the new skipper of the Mumbai Indians ahead of the IPL 2024. However, the former Gujarat Titans skipper has revealed that he doesn’t frequently go out as he loves spending time at home itself. The 30-year-old cricketer says that he has hardly gone out in the past two to three years. In addition, the middle-order batter says that he likes to stay at home himself, as he has everything at home, however, he likes.
“One thing my fans don’t know about me is that I don’t go out. I have hardly been out in the last three to four years; the only occasions I have stepped out is when it has been unavoidable, something happened with my friends. I like to stay at home. There was this time when I did not step out of home for 50 days. I have my home gym, and home theatre. The things that I like are in my home,” Hardik Pandya said on a chat show with the UK 07 rider.

Hardik Pandya also talks about the media rumours about him, and he doesn’t care any more. Moreover, the Gujarat-born cricketer also reveals a funny incident where he reveals that the Man of the Match award is for the player, but he also realizes that it goes to the whole team.
“Main kabhi media mein comment karta nahi hu, to maine kabhi kia nahi, na mereko fadak padta hai. I thought a player who is awarded as man of the match receives all the money. So when I won the MOM, I thought that the money was for me, but then I learnt that it gets divided among the team. After all, it is a team sport,” he added further.
