Karun Nair to join Vidarbha Cricket Association after parting ways with Karnataka State Cricket Association

Indian star batter Karun Nair is all set to join the Vidarbha Cricket Association for the upcoming domestic season after parting ways with the Karnataka State Cricket Association. Notably, the star cricketer aims to get his place in Indian cricket, which pushed him to join VCA. The right-handed batter made his first-class debut in 2013. The 31-year-old cricketer has played 85 matches while collecting over 6,000 runs, featuring 15 centuries and 27 half-centuries to his credit.

Notably, the star batter took to social media and revealed the news. In addition, the 31-year-old cricketer expressed his gratitude to the Karnataka State Cricket Association for the wonderful journey he has had over the past two decades. Moreover, the stylish right-handed batter thanked KSCA for giving him unwavering support that helped him become a stellar cricketer.

“I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible journey I’ve had with the Karnataka State Cricket Association over the last two decades. From the very start of my cricketing career, KSCA has been a guiding light, offering unwavering support that helped shape me into the player I am today,” Karun Nair wrote in his post.

In addition, the top-order batter expressed happiness at carrying the treasured memories, friendships, and skills that he had gained from KSCA to the Vidarbha Cricket Association. Moreover, the LSG batter feels that KSCA has been an integral part of his life.

“As I embark on a new chapter with the Vidarbha Cricket Association, I carry with me the cherished memories, friendships, and skills I’ve gained during my time with KSCA. Thank you for being an integral part of my cricketing journey. Now onto the next exciting adventure!” Nair wrote in his post,” he added further.

Meanwhile, the great batter made his Test debut on November 26 against England. In addition, the top-order batter had hammered an unbeaten 303 runs during his third Test match against England.
