‘KL Rahul specialist captain hai batter nahi’ – Fans react to LSG’s bizarre IPL 2023 stats when KL Rahul has scored above 20

KL Rahul’s inability to maintain the necessary run-scoring rate was a large contributor to their final three games’ inconsistency, out of which they lost two. The skipper’s abrupt slowdown after getting off to a strong start with a barrage of boundaries with sixes is perplexing. In fact, despite being in a good position, the Lucknow Super Giants succumbed to the Gujarat Titans by seven runs last week as a result of Rahul’s slow strike-rate. Marcus Stoinis as well as Nicholas Pooran, the two big hitters for the Lucknow Super Giants, are finding it more difficult as a result of Rahul’s struggles in the middle overs.

Rahul, who is a far better batter than his present statistics would indicate, has been persistent of the necessity to keep going, especially, because his opening companion Kyle Mayers continues to be playing the strokes very frequently during Powerplay overs. Due to amazing cameos from Nicholas Pooran and Marcus Stonis after Mayers was dismissed, Lucknow Super Giants were able to score 257 runs in their 20 overs. This is the second highest total in the history of the Indian Premier League, only behind Royal Challengers Bangalore, who amassed 263 in 2013 against Pune Warriors India.

LSG lost both times when KL scored a fifty. It clearly represents that as an opener, his SR is soo low, that he actually derails the team when we bats long

Subsequently, opposition teams should try and not get him out.

Lasg in Lucknow red soil pitch and rajasthan slow pitch vs lsg in other pitches,
And rahul didn't play all 120 ball you still had other player to play like they played on other pitch,
