‘He kept calling me F****…’- Sreesanth reveals details of verbal spat with Gautam Gambhir during LLC Eliminator clash, video goes viral

Former India great cricketers Sreesanth and Gautam Gambhir were involved in the fight during the LLC edition 2 eliminator clash on December 6. However, Gautam Gambhir led the India Capitals to emerge victorious and be able to place themselves in Qualifier 2. On the other hand, the Gujarat Giants were knocked out of the tournament after suffering defeat in the elimination game.

Notably, Gautam Gambhir scored 51 runs from 31 balls, which helped his side post 223/7 in the given 20 overs. However, during the chase, the Gujarat Giants fell short by 12 runs, which knocked them out of the tournament. However, after the loss, Sreesanth shared the video while alleging that Gautam Gambhir had called him a fixer.

“I have not used a single bad word or used a single abusive word to him. I only said, “What are you saying? What are you saying?” In fact, I kept laughing in a sarcastic way because he kept calling me “Fixer, fixer, you are a fixer, F*** off fixer”. This is the language that was used. When they were trying to control him, he kept on calling me fixer,” Sreesanth said in an Instagram post.

Gautam Gambhir does not even respect his own senior players: Sreesanth

However, earlier as well, Sreesanth took to social media and launched a scathing attack on Gautam Gambhir while calling him Mr Fighter. The great seamer affirms that the left-handed batter does not respect any seniors, including legendary cricketer Virender Sehwag. In addition, the cricketer-tuned commentator reveals that Gautam Gambhir has been accused of abusing him during the game without any instigation.

“Just wanted to clear the air with what happened with Mr fighter. One who always fights with all his colleagues. For no reason whatsoever. He does not even respect his own senior players, including Viru Bhai. That’s exactly what happened today. Without any provocation, he just kept on calling me something which was very rude which shouldn’t have been said by Mr Gautam Gambhir,” Sreesanth said in a video uploaded on his Instagram page.
