Virat Kohli’s inner child seen during India’s post-match photoshoot

One of the best batters in the world, Virat Kohli, never leaves a chance to make his fans fall in love with him. Starting from dancing during the match to playing with the youngsters, he has done it all. But, who will believe that a 35-year-old cricketer slid into the post-match photoshoot? As Rohit Sharma collected the trophy, the players were patiently waiting to click pictures with the trophy. It was that moment when Kohli did a classic Kohli thing.

A video surfaced over the Internet where Kohli was seen sliding into the photoshoot area like a teenager. The video is getting a crazy response and the fans are loving the childish side of Kohli. Although he didn’t have a good day with the bat, he never fails to make his fans smile. Additionally, Kohli also had a great time while fielding as he saved a couple of runs near the boundary line with his athletic skills.

Kohli returned to T20I after 14 months but didn’t have an ideal series. He scored 29 runs in two matches including one duck. The Bengaluru crowd looked quite upset and shocked after Kohli’s dismissal. However, by the end of the day, he managed to bring back the smile on everyone’s face.

As the dramatic third T20I match between India and Afghanistan came to an end, Captain Rohit Sharma couldn’t recall the last time a double super over happened and he batted thrice in that match. India did win the match but Afghanistan gave their best throughout the entire match. Their batting was phenomenal, and the players’ confidence could have given them a better result. However, the results weren’t in their favour.

Rohit at the post-match presentation said, “I don’t remember when was the last time this happened. I think I batted 3 times in one of the IPL games. Creating the partnership was important and we (Rinku and I) kept talking to each other not to lose that intent in big games it was a good game for us to be in, the pressure was there and was important to bat long and deep and not compromise on the intent we want to show.”
