WATCH: Iftikhar Ahmed sees red after being heckled by fans during 2nd T20I vs New Zealand
New Zealand continued their stranglehold over Pakistan with yet another win on Sunday. Kane Williamson and his side won the game by 21 runs to take a 2-0 lead in the series. Shaheen Shah Afridi had to endure another loss at the start of his T20I captaincy.
Iftikhar Ahmed lost his cool with the fans during the second game on Sunday in Hamilton. The veteran batter was fielding near the boundary when the fans called him ‘Chachu’. Over the years the Pakistan player has been called Uncle by fans on social media.

The 33-year-old asked the fans who were heckling him the reason behind the catcalls. One fan who was holding the camera seemed to be explaining how big a fan he was. Iftikhar Ahmed though did not mince words and asked the fan to keep quiet.
New Zealand stroll to easy win in 2nd T20I-
It was yet another good performance by the home side on a day when Iftikhar Ahmed hogged the headlines. Finn Allen yet again blazed his way to a quick start as Devon Conway scored 20 runs. The left-handed opener was out for 20 when he fell to Aamer Jamal caught by Fakhar Zaman.
Kane Williamson scored 26 runs and was looking good for a big score but an injury cost him dear. Pakistan kept taking wickets at regular intervals but Finn Allen did not seem fazed. The young opener scored 74 runs from 41 balls with 7 fours and five huge hits into the stands.
Mitchell Santner swung his bat around for 25 runs off 13 balls as the Kiwis scored 194 runs from their 20 overs. Haris Rauf picked three wickets while Abbas Afridi picked two wickets. Skipper Shaheen Afridi was wicketless from his four overs which cost him 30 runs.
Saim Ayub and Mohammed Rizwan failed to fire as the openers fell early to leave Pakistan at 10/2. Babar Azam and Fakhar Zaman then took over the scoring and added 87 runs for the third wicket. Adam Milne breached the defences of Zaman for 50 and Ben Sears then removed Iftikhar Ahmed for 4.
When Babar Azam fell for 66 runs the match was all but over. Despite 22 runs from Shaheen Afridi the Kiwi bowlers showed their discipline and composure. Adam Milne was the hero with the ball for the Kiwis picking 4/33 from his four overs.
