WATCH: Sachin Tendulkar along with his family visits Taj Mahal a day after Valentine’s day

On February 15, the legendary blaster Sachin Tendulkar was spotted with his family to see the Taj Mahal. A video that surfaced online featured the 50-year-old interacting with fans and fellow tourists while being escorted by security guards in Agra. Constructed in 1632 by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan as a memorial to his beloved wife who passed away giving birth to their fourteenth child, the Taj Mahal is a representation of love.

As the police kept the admirers from approaching, Sachin and his wife Anjali visited the emblem of love under strict protection. However, while the two were taking photos in front of the Taj, the fans kept cheering for their hero. Up until he arrived at the monument, his craze persisted in the environment. The admirers continued to follow him in large numbers as he strolled around the Taj and the neighbouring Agra Fort. Moreover, he also took photos with his spouse at the Taj Mahal’s Diana bench.

After playing his final Test match at his native Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium, the Master Blaster announced his retirement from international cricket in 2013. Notably, Tendulkar’s appearances in the Road Safety World Series never cease to make his followers happy. He participated in the first two seasons of the competition.

Rohit Sharma and Ravindra Jadeja save the day for India

Considering the flat tracks of Rajkot, India chose to bat first after winning the toss. When Ravindra Jadeja came to bat, India was struggling at 33-3 in 11 overs. Before it, Shubman Gill was out for a duck, Rajat Patidar made just five runs, and Yashasvi Jaiwasl scored ten. As the situation was tough, the batters on the crease were expected to stick around for a longer time.

Together with Rohit Sharma (131), Jadeja (110) took over the match and put up a 204-run partnership. Moreover, Sarfaraz Khan scored 62 runs off 66 balls. In the third Test match, England’s Mark Wood emerged victorious, claiming three wickets at an economy rate of 4.10.
