‘Black me bechne walon se saavdhan’ – Fans react as Indian Cricket Board set to release final set of ODI World Cup 2023 tickets for semi-final and final at 8PM today

The ongoing ODI World Cup 2023 is nearing an end, with three teams having sealed their spots in the semi-finals. Notably, Team India, South Africa, and Australia place themselves at the number one, two, and three spots, respectively, based on the wins they get in their league stage. On the other hand, three teams are in contention to grab the fourth spot and make themselves in the semi-final. New Zealand, Pakistan, and Afghanistan are all in the race for the last playoff spot.

Meanwhile, the Indian Cricket Board made a major announcement on Thursday. The officials are set to release the tickets for both the semi-final games and the final matches. This will be the last and final batch of tickets for the ODI World Cup 2023. The release revealed that 8 p.m. is the time for the fans who want to witness the last few moments of the ongoing marquee event. Notably, the tickets will be available on Book My Show.

Meanwhile, Rohit Sharma and Co. will play the first semi-final game in Mumbai if they do not face Pakistan. If Babar Azam and Co. qualify for the semi-final, the match will shift to Eden Gardens. Moreover, the five-time world champions, Australia and South Africa will be locking horns for their second semi-final game, which may take place in Mumbai or Kolkata. However, England, Sri Lanka, the Netherlands, and Bangladesh are out of the tournament owing to their poor performances.

The tickets will go live at 8:00 PM on 9th November for ODI World Cup 2023: Reports

“As the ODI World Cup 2023 reaches its business end, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) will release a final batch of tickets on Thursday,” the Indian Cricket Board said in a release.

“The tickets will go live at 8:00 PM on 9th November on the official ticketing website at cricketworld.com. This will be the last chance for cricket fans wanting to experience the magic and thrill of the World Cup and to witness in person the crowning of a new champion,” the release added.
