ODI World Cup 2023 Final: PM Narendra Modi, MS Dhoni, Ambani’s, 8 CMs likely to attend final show down; special Air show for fans
Team India is all set to lock horns against Australia for the ODI World Cup 2023 final, slated to take place on November 19 at the iconic Narendra Modi Cricket Stadium in Ahmedabad. Notably, Rohit Sharma and Co. have defeated New Zealand in their first semi-final clash by 70 runs at the Wankhede Cricket Stadium in Mumbai.
However, the five-time world champions Australia have also thrashed in-form South Africa in their second semifinal clash and won the game by three wickets on November 16 at Eden Gardens in Kolkata. The Australia cricket team has reached the final around eight times in ODI World Cup history, and this time they will be facing unbeaten hosts in front of over one lakh people.
According to reports, India’s PM, Shree Narendra Modi, is likely to attend the match in Ahmedabad. Moreover, the Indian Cricket Board officials have also invited the Australian PM for the showdown. Notably, both Prime Ministers have already witnessed the match together in Delhi during the fourth Test match of the Border Gavaskar Trophy earlier this year.
Several dignities likely to grace the ODI World Cup 2023 final
Meanwhile, around eight chief ministers are also likely to be present to witness the showdown. In addition, the whole Ambani family, along with Bollywood celebrities, are also likely to attend the final match of the marquee event between Team India vs Australia. Moreover, the Cricketers family will also be present with their kids to support their loved ones. Some representatives claim that the Air Force show has been staged ahead of the showdown in Ahmedabad on November 19. Several singers will also like to grace the event.
Media reports further claim that Union Home Minister and Indian Cricket Board Secretary Jay Shah’s father, Amit Shah, will also likely attend the match with his son and Roger Binny. Moreover, the Apex Cricket Council has also invited the previous winning captains of ODI World Cup history to Ahmedabad for the showdown. That means one can witness legendary cricketers Kapil Dev and MS Dhoni in the stands, along with Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar, for the showdown.
