‘Sab lal lal kar diya’- Fans react as Indian Team plays craziest Holi before Ahmedabad Test
On Tuesday, March 7, Team India players decorated their team bus in Holi colors as teams including skipper Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Shubman Gill, and Shreyas Iyer played crazy holi among themselves. Gill took to Instagram to share a video of himself and his colleagues in a good mood, with Rohit pouring colors on Kohli inside the team bus.
Clearing the air over speculations about a rift between them Rohit and Kohli went crazy while celebrating the festival of colors. Young wicketkeeper-batter Ishan Kishan too shared a humorous video of Indian players decked out in colors and enjoying Holi.

Earlier, skipper Rohit wished countrymen on the auspicious festival. In a Tweet, he said, “A day of colors, joy, food, and fun with friends and family. Jam ke holi khelo but thoda sambhalke & stray animals ko bachake.” Meanwhile, Star batter Suryakumar Yadav celebrated holi with his wife. Sharing the pictures of the same Surya wished everyone an auspicious occasion. Notably, India is set to face Australia in the fourth Test at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
India will look to make a comeback in the fourth Test
Talking about Team India is currently facing Australia in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. The team is leading the series by 2-1 as they got down against the Aussies in the third Test at Holkar Stadium in Indore. India will try to bounce back in the fourth Test to seal the series and book a spot at the finals of the Test Championship.
On the other hand, Steve Smith-led Australia will look to continue their dominance against India to draw the series. In absence of full-time skipper Pat Cummins, Mitchell Starc will have to lead the bowling department of the visitors. The team will also expect their middle-order batters to fire against the Indian spin trio of Ravindra Jadeja, Ravichandran Ashwin, and Axar Patel. However, Fans react to Team’s holi celebration.
