Anushka Sharma, Virat Kohli spend New Year’s eve in Dubai, win hearts yet again
Virat Kohli, the Indian batter, won hearts on December 31, 2022, Saturday, for posting a picture alongside his wife Anushka Sharma and Vamika, although neither of them was facing the camera as they witnessed the sunrise, highlighting that it was the last one of the year. The duo took to their social media accounts to share more pictures from their New Year’s eve from Dubai and eventually, won hearts yet again.
The Indian superstar had a dismal outing against the Shakib Al Hasan-led Bangladesh team in the Test series, although one could argue about his century in the ODI series. However, much to the dolefulness of the Indian fans, the right-handed batter has not been at his best in the longest format of the game of late.
The duo won hearts yet again as they uploaded pictures of their New Year’s eve celebration and fans, who took cognizance of the same, went crazy claiming that the duo is the best couple in the cricketing world. Kohli would look to turn things around in the longest format of the game in 2023 and make a comeback in the format.

Could Virat Kohli bring his old aggression back?
Kohli donned the white jersey against the Bangla Tigers after a long time, since the one-off Test against England earlier this year. However, the batter’s run drought in the format continued and fans claimed that the right-handed batter lost his old aggression, which always brought the best out of him.
With the Border-Gavaskar trophy set to take place in March against Australia and with four matches set to be played, the Indian star would look to give it his all to announce his comeback and would look to end the three-figure landmark drought. Eventually, it will be the deciding series for India’s contention to make a cut to the summit clash of the Test championship.
Although Kohli failed to make an impact in Tests, one has to agree that the batter proved his prowess in the ODIs and T20Is, scoring 1 century apiece across the two formats, eventually ending his century drought.
