The five-time world champions, Australia, have defeated Pakistan by 62 runs in their fifth game of the ODI World Cup 2023. However, a beautiful moment was caught during the play on October 20. One of the Australian fans was spotted chanting ‘Bharat Mata ki Jay’ between the plays. The clip has gone viral with great comments.

Notably, Indian and Australian fans have always shown love and respect for each other on the field as well as off the field. Earlier, Indian fans were seen wishing Mitchell Marsh a happy birthday when he was near the boundary wall. In addition, David Warner also showed his Pushpa dance style in the play, which has cheered Indian fans.

Speaking about the game here, Australia posted a massive total of 367/9 in the given 50 overs. However, while chasing, the Pakistan team tried hard and fought very well but was unable to reach near the total and suffered back-to-back losses in the ODI World Cup 2023. Meanwhile, Australia’s skipper, Pat Cummins, expressed happiness and called the win over Pakistan great. The great seamer heaped praise on Mitchell Marsh and David Warner, who have set the tone for Aussies in the play. In addition, the 30-year-old cricketer was elated as his side was able to utilize the opportunities. The right-arm pacer also lauded Adam Zampa and Marcus Stoinis for their great bowling skills.

“Great win. Always pretty tough playing here at Chinnaswamy but good win. Set the tone (those two – Marsh and Warner) of how we want to play our cricket. That’s the thing sometimes in ODI cricket. You get one breakthrough and sometimes it’s hard for the new batter. Saw Stoin coming in, hit the pitch hard and provide the breakthrough. Zampa showed his class. He’s a real wicket-taker for us in the middle. Have a 3-4 day break, need to keep up the benchmark from the last couple of games,” Pat Cummins said after the win.
