Notably, both sides were able to win their semi-final games to enter the final of the showdown. Team India thrashed New Zealand by 70 runs in the first semi-final clash. On the other hand, five-time world champions Australia have beat South Africa by three wickets to enter the finals.

However, India’s star cricketer, Hardik Pandya, has delivered a heartfelt message to Team India ahead of the final clash of the ODI World Cup 2023. Notably, the star all-rounder has been ruled out of the match after sustaining injuries during the ODI World Cup 2023 clash against Bangladesh at MCA in Pune. The 30-year-old cricketer was trying to block the shot played by Bangladesh opener Liton Das, which injured his ankle.

The star cricketer was recently seen in the stands while cheering for Team India in the semi-final clash against New Zealand on November 15 at the Wankhede Cricket Stadium in Mumbai. In addition, the Gujarat Titans captain will be missed the most in the final clash due to his ability to bat in the middle order, which Suryakumar Yadav currently lacks in 50 overs.

Meanwhile, Hardik Pandya shared a great video while encouraging the hosts to bring the ODI World Cup 2023 trophy home and create the history of the 2011 ODI World Cup in the ongoing edition. His lovely video has been widely shared on social media with a lot of appreciation.

“I could not have been more proud of this team. Everything that we’ve done so far has been credited to the years of hard work behind us. We are now one step away from glory, from doing something special we’ve dreamt of since we were children lifting the cup not just for ourselves but the billion people behind us,” Hardik Pandya said in the video.

“Always with you with my love and all my heart. Now let’s bring the cup home. Jai Hind,” he further said.
