Virat Kohli expresses desire to dine with groundbreaking female figure from history
In a recent interview, former Indian captain Virat Kohli revealed the name of a historical female figure whom he wants to take on a dinner date. Star Indian batter also opened up about his personal life and answered some interesting questions.
Kohli also spilled the beans on his fitness and diet. According to him he never took fitness seriously before the 2011 World Cup and ate all the junk food he could find till he was 24. In an interview with the fashion brand ‘wrogn’ Kohli answered questions without any filter. He was quizzed on questions related to his professional and personal life.
On the question of Advice to 16-year-old self the stalwart said, “learn about the world a little more, open your mind up a little more, there’s a life beyond Delhi as well.” When quizzed about a historical female figure he would like to go on dinner with Virat took the name of veteran singer Lata Mangeshkar.
“I never got a chance to meet Lataji, So It would have been amazing to have a conversation and get to know about her life and about her journey a little bit more,” said Kohli in the promotional clip of the interview. Notably, Mangeshkar passed away in February last year. She was the sole of the Indian music industry. Lata Mangeshkar was also a very big cricket fan.

Virat with his wife Anushka Sharma and daughter Vamika is currently on a religious vacation in Rishikesh. Ahead of the upcoming Border-Gavaskar Trophy star couple visited the Guru of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Swami Dayanand Giri Ashram.
