WATCH: Air show from Suryakiran Aerobatic team in World Cup final 2023

The final of the ODI World Cup 2023 has been like a spectacle so far. The skill sets involved in the match between the two teams have been fantastic. The two teams have been doing well with each other and have given their best efforts. Australia, in particular, has been very good in the field. As a fielding side, Australia has stopped a lot of runs. With the ball, Australia has been excellent.

India got a good start in the match. The Indian captain got India off to a flying start. The Indian opener scored 47 runs in 31 balls and helped his team to make the most of the field restrictions early in the match. Virat Kohli from the other end batted well too. The star batter scored 54 runs in 62 balls. But the inexperienced batters like Shreyas Iyer and Shubman Gill could not step up on the big occasion.

KL Rahul and Virat steadied the Indian innings after the loss of two consecutive wickets in a quick time. The partnership between the two was not a quick one, but probably necessary, as the ball was not easy to hit after getting softened. The Australian bowlers gave away nothing with the ball and in the field. As a result, the momentum was in the favor of Australia.

Air show before the start of the match

As Australia dominated the first innings of the match, India could not enjoy it as well as they would have liked. But the fans were entertained by the air show which was conducted by the Suryakiran Aerobic team of the Indian Airforce. The sounds of the jets caught the attention of the fans, who seemed to enjoy it a lot.

There was good coordination from the pilots, who gave a memorable moment to the people in the stadium. The show happened for about 20 minutes in between the toss and the start of the national anthems of the two teams. It set the match ablaze, as the players and fans seemed to be ready for the big match.
