Watch: Rohit Sharma abusing teammate during second Test against England, video goes viral

A captain’s job is to be an example for the youngsters. However, Rohit Sharma is on a different track. There hasn’t been a single match where the stumps mic hasn’t heard him using swear words. In the 2nd Test match against India and England, Rohit was heard abusing one of the fielders as they were moving around without doing anything. This time too, the stump mic caught the captain in action abusing the players on the field and fans are certainly not happy about it.

In the ongoing match against England, India had a good first day with Yashasvi Jaiswal scoring 179 runs. Altogether, India had put up 336 runs on the board at the loss of six wickets by the end of day 1. However, day 2 wasn’t that happening for India as they lost four quick wickets within 60 runs. Thus, India ended their first inning at 396 runs.

 

England started their inning with Zak Crawley’s (76) brilliant batting. Nonetheless, the team failed to extend their support from the other end. As the day proceeded, the visitors kept losing wickets at regular intervals. Except for Crawley and Ben Stokes (47), no other batter reached the 30-mark spot.

Jasprit Bumrah takes a 6-wicket haul

Day 2 might not have started on a good note for India, however, the ending was good. Jasprit Bumrah, the prime bowler of India, took a six-wicket haul on the 2nd day. Previously, in the 1st Test too, Bumrah bowled amazingly as he took four wickets in the second inning. Even though India lost the match, his bowling impressed the entire cricket fraternity.

Indian batters did put up a disappointing show on day 2, however, the bowlers saved the day. They did a splendid job in bowling out the England team at just 253 runs taking a lead of 143 runs. As the match proceeds, it will be interesting to see the upcoming twists and turns the match has in store for everyone.
