WATCH: Sara Tendulkar cheers as Shubman Gill lights up Wankhede Stadium during ODI World Cup 2023 semifinal clash vs New Zealand

Team India has locked horns against New Zealand for their first semi-final clash on November 15 at the iconic Wankhede Cricket Stadium in Mumbai. Notably, the Men in Blue had the best start in the game, thanks to a magnificent start by Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill. India’s skipper Rohit Sharma hammered 47 runs from 29 balls, featuring four sixes and four boundaries, with a solid strike rate of 163.

Following his dismissal, the 24-year-old batter, Shubman Gill, went on to pile up 79 runs from 65 balls, including eight boundaries and three sixes, with a solid rate of 122 before getting retired and hurt out. Meanwhile, during the game, Shubman Gill’s girlfriend and Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar’s daughter, Sara Tendulkar, were spotted cheering Gill’s innings in the play at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

However, the legendary cricketer’s daughter, Sara Tendulkar, got caught on camera by chance shortly after Shubman Gill delivered an explosive boundary hit that ended Ferguson’s delivery during the game. Sara was seen enjoying herself happily in the game. Notably, this candid moment has quickly gone viral on social media, attracting people’s attention throughout the world.

Sara Tendulkar and Shubman Gill were also earlier spotted together at the event ahead of the ODI World Cup 2023 India vs. Sri Lanka game
